Resources for Online Therapy
Therapists help people take ownership of their mental health and work toward their personal goals. Online therapy services remove the traditional barriers to therapy (availability and proximity) and make mental health care more accessible to everyone. Through these websites you can connect with professional therapists directly via video call, phone call and/or text message conversation.
Note: Therapy through these sites may be eligible for insurance coverage, but be sure to check your policy first.
